Peeling procedures:
Peeling is a process of separating the icing sheet which is
gummed to
the Backing sheet. Printed sheets have to be dried for 10-15 minutes
before the backing sheet is peeled off. At the recommended ambient
conditions (Temperature: > 30 Deg Celsius / 86 Deg. Fahrenheit. and
Humidity Level below: < 50 %.) the Icing sheet will peel off with
out any extra hard work. Just hold the sheet in air and pull off the
backing sheet. Its just that easy.
NOTE : For places that experience High humidity sheets
have to be heated to facilitate peeling.
Icing sheets are moisture sensitive
and can easily adsorb moisture from ambient air when exposed for
considerable time. We recommend extra care for places that
experience high humidity and low temperatures. In case of a peeling
problem
DON'T apply force to release the backing sheet. Our special
Icing sheets / Frosting sheets are designed keeping various climates
in use. So follow the instruction leaflet enclosed with the Icing
sheet packing. A special feature call thermal reversibility
incorporated while designing the optimum ratios of various
ingredients will make our Icing sheets peel off very easily under
any extreme conditions. Basically two procedures are adopted for
peeling the backing sheet. One is Back Roll and the other front roll
.
As shown below both peeling procedures
don't require much experience.
Its up to ones convenience to follow any one procedure.
E-mail us giving your
ambient temperatures and humidity and our technical team will assist
you.
We have detailed the procedures below.
