A) BACK ROLL: ( As shown in Fig. 1,2,3)

Place the printed Icing sheet on a clean working surface preferably a glass top with the backing sheet facing up. Gently hold the backing sheet on one edge at the far side. Slowly pull up the backing sheet.
Don't apply force. The backing sheet easily separates from the Icing sheet. Pull up out the backing sheet completely . Dust the back of the exposed Icing sheet with Corn starch / flour and place it back on the baking sheet.
The Icing sheet no longer sticks to the backing sheet. Place the printed Icingsheet with the backing in a ZIP-Lock bag till you place it on the cake top.

B) FRONT ROLL :
Place the printed Icing sheet on a clean working surface preferably on a glass top with the printed image facing upwards as shown below. Gently pull up the printed Icing sheet from one edge, don't use force. Pull side ways till all of one side is released.
Gently hold the backing sheet with a finger and roll up the Icing sheet. DON'T apply force. Then slowly pull up the sheet completely from the backing sheet. Under normal conditions the backing sheet separates very easily.
